Air-Fried Parmesan Cauliflower

INGREDIENTS

cauliflower, cut into small florets

fine grain sea salt

pepper

garlic powder

red chili flakes (optional)

olive oil

grated parmesan cheese

to garnish (optional): chopped parsley, lemon zest, extra parmesan

METHOD

  1. Cut your cauliflower into small florets and place in a bowl.

  2. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Throw in grated parmesan (as much as you like). toss everything together

  3. Throw it in the air fryer (I used my Cook With Beautiful air fryer-toaster oven) at 425 degrees for 20-30 minutes, or until golden brown.

  4. If you’d like, garnish with parsley, lemon zest, and parmesan. Enjoy!
