Chocolate Covered Banana Pops
INGREDIENTS
Bananas
Dark chocolate chips
Coconut oil
Toppings: chopped pistachios, peanuts, almonds, hazelnuts, freeze-dried raspberries/strawberries, coconut flakes, cacao nibs, crushed graham crackers
METHOD
slice banana into 1 in pieces.
skewer the slices.
place in freezer for at least one hour.
melt chocolate in microwave or over double boiler with a splash of coconut oil to loosen it a bit (I used @enjoylifefoods dark chocolate chips).
dip banana in chocolate and sprinkle with toppings.
freeze until chocolate hardens and ENJOY.
