Greek Yogurt Cherry Bark
INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup whole milk greek yogurt, divided (I used my favorite Straus Milk greek yogurt)
1.5-2 tablespoons honey plus more
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
dash of salt
orange zest
1/3 cup cut up cherries
chopped walnuts and pistachios
METHOD
In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup greek yogurt with 1.5-2 tablespoons honey (depending on how sweet you like it), vanilla, orange, and salt. Mix well.
Pour yogurt mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet. spread (not too thin).
In the same bowl, combine remaining 1/4 cup yogurt with a squirt of honey and most of the cherries. Mash the cherries to release color and stir.
Spoon the cherry yogurt on top of the plain yogurt mixture and swirl.
Top with remaining cherries, walnuts, and pistachio.
Freeze for 2 hours, cut, and enjoy!
