Crispy White Beans

INGREDIENTS

Cooked white beans (can also use chickpeas)

Olive oil

Sea salt

Black pepper

Garlic powder

Onion powder

Smoked paprika

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, combine beans, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Toss well. Be sure that the beans are well coated with oil.

  3. Spread evenly on the baking sheet and roast until golden brown and crispy (~25-30 minutes). Enjoy!
