Go-To Green Smoothie
serves 2
INGREDIENTS
1 cup frozen mango
1/2 large frozen banana
1/2 cup kefir (or yogurt)
1/2 cup coconut water
2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves
2 handfuls spinach
1 persian cucumber, chopped into small pieces
1 stalk celery, chopped into small pieces
Small handful of ice
METHOD
Place all ingredients into a vitamix or food processor. Process until well combined. If the smoothie is too thick for your liking, add more coconut water or kefir. If you prefer your smoothie to be on the sweeter side, add more banana
Enjoy as a smoothie or smoothie bowl with coconut, cacao nibs, granola, and/or nuts
