Honey and Harissa Roasted Cauliflower

INGREDIENTS

1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon honey

2-3 teaspoons harissa (depending on how spicy you like it)

salt

pepper

lemon or lime

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven or air-fryer to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with a parchment paper.

  2. In a small bowl, combine oil, honey, harissa, salt, and pepper.

  3. Place cauliflower florets in a large bowl and toss with oil, honey, harissa mixture.

  4. Spread evenly on the baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes or until tender and golden.

  5. Squeeze lemon or lime over cauliflower and enjoy!
