Jammy Eggs
METHOD
Bring a pot of water to a boil.
Gently add in your eggs using a slotted spoon if you have one.
Cook for 6.5 min at a gentle boil.
Transfer to an ice bath for 2 min.
Crack and peel.
Cut her open and bask in her jamminess.
Serve with sautéed onion, garlic, kale, and mushrooms and my green rice.
