Jammy Eggs

METHOD

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil.

  2. Gently add in your eggs using a slotted spoon if you have one.

  3. Cook for 6.5 min at a gentle boil.

  4. Transfer to an ice bath for 2 min.

  5. Crack and peel.

  6. Cut her open and bask in her jamminess.

  7. Serve with sautéed onion, garlic, kale, and mushrooms and my green rice.
