Maple-Cinnamon Protein Oatmeal

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. Add oats, coconut water, water, and salt to a small pot. Bring to a simmer and then turn the heat to low. Cook until oats are soft, mixing often and add more liquid if the oats thicken too much.

  2. Stir in plenty of cinnamon and the egg whites and mix vigorously. Cook for 2-3 more minutes. Taste and adjust.

  3. Transfer to a bowl and top with more cinnamon, a drizzle of maple syrup or honey, fruit, nut butter, and hemp seeds/cacao nibs. Enjoy!
