Roasted Napa Cabbage

INGREDIENTS

napa cabbage, cut into thick discs

olive oil

garlic powder

salt

pepper

grated parmesan cheese (optional)

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Brush parchment with with oil. Place cabbage on baking sheet and brush top of cabbage with oil. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle each disc with parmesan, if you like.

  3. Roast in the oven until tender and golden. Broil for 2-3 minutes. Enjoy!
