Savory Breakfast Bowl

INGREDIENTS

olive oil 

finely chopped broccoli

chopped kale 

salt 

pepper

garlic powder 

lemon (optional)

eggs, whisked with salt and pepper

fresh dill, chopped 

avocado 

hot sauce 

seedy crackers 

METHOD

  1.  heat up oil in a pan. throw in your broccoli and sauté. add a splash of water and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. once it’s tender, add in your kale and sauté until wilted (add more water, if necessary). place veggies in a bowl.

  2. in the same pan, heat up more oil. add in whisked eggs. once almost cooked, sprinkle in some dill and cook to your liking.

  3. add eggs to the bowl along with  avocado, more herbs, flakey salt, and hot sauce. serve with my homemade seedy crackers. enjoy:)
