Savory Steel Cut Oats with Za’atar and Feta

INGREDIENTS

steak cut oats

turmeric

salt

pepper

egg, cooked however you like (jammy, hard-boiled, poached, fried)

kale

feta

olive oil

flakey salt

za’atar

METHOD

  1. add steel cut oats, water, a sprinkle of turmeric, salt, and pepper to a pot and cook according to package instructions.

  2. while oats are working, cook your egg and steam kale.

  3. put oats in a bowl and top with kale, avocado, feta, egg, olive oil drizzle, flakey salt, pepper, and zaatar.
