Savory Steel Cut Oats with Za’atar and Feta

steak cut oats
turmeric
salt

egg, cooked however you like (jammy, hard-boiled, poached, fried)
kale
feta
olive oil
flakey salt
za’atar
METHOD
add steel cut oats, water, a sprinkle of turmeric, salt, and pepper to a pot and cook according to package instructions.
while oats are working, cook your egg and steam kale.
put oats in a bowl and top with kale, avocado, feta, egg, olive oil drizzle, flakey salt, pepper, and zaatar.
