Summer Peach, Tomato, & Burrata Toast

makes ~6 toasts

INGREDIENTS

6 slices of good bread, toasted - I used an olive sourdough

2 large heirloom tomatoes, sliced in thick discs

1/2 or more of an avocado, sliced

1 peach, sliced in thick discs

1-2 balls of burrata

Basil

Thick balsamic

Good extra virgin olive oil

Flakey sea salt

Freshly cracked black pepper

METHOD

Arrange the tomato, peach, avocado, and basil in an overlapped fashion on a platter. You can either place a piece of each on each slice of bread or make it self-serve as shown in the picture above.

Use your hands to tear pieces of burrata and place on top of produce.

Drizzle balsamic and olive oil. Garnish with salt and pepper
