INGREDIENTS

Cottage cheese (for additional protein, add a jammy egg)

Sliced persian cucumber

Sliced cherry tomato

Diced avocado

Diced nectarine

Hot honey

Olive oil

Flakey salt

Blake pepper

Zaatar

Fresh dill, chopped

Roasted pumpkin seeds

METHOD

  1. Add cottage cheese to your bowl. Arrange the cucumber, tomato, avocado, and nectarine around the cottage cheese.

  2. Drizzle with hot honey and olive oil. Season with flakey salt, pepper, and zaatar. Top with dill and pumpkin seeds. Enjoy!
