egg/chickpea salad (regular or curried)
smashed avocado and jammy/grated egg
sweet seedy crackers:
fig or apricot preserves, manchego/parmesan cheese, crushed pistachio
nut butter, fruit (like berries, banana, pear, apple), honey, hemp seed
cream cheese, jam/honey, cacao nibs
yogurt, sliced fruit, nut butter drizzle
nut butter, melted chocolate, fresh berries
