Salmon Nori Wrap (Copy)

INGREDIENTS

~1 tablespoon olive oil

1 bunch of lacinato kale, de-stemmed and roughly chopped

1 lb box spinach

1/2 cup heavy cream

2 cloves of garlic, smashed 

salt

pepper

METHOD

  1. heat up olive oil in a large pot or dutch oven. add kale and sauté until wilted.

  2. add spinach in batches and stir (you can add a splash of water if needed). season with salt and pepper.

  3. while spinach cooks, add heavy cream and garlic to a small pot. simmer for 10 minutes.

  4. once spinach is wilted, add cream and garlic. mix everything together. taste and adjust for seasoning (will likely need additional salt and pepper).
