Five-Minute Snack: Vegetables with Tahini

INGREDIENTS

chopped vegetables such as carrot, bell pepper, cucumber, jicama, celery, or fennel

tahini (I love the one from Trader Joe’s)

fine grain sea salt

optional additions: black pepper, furikake (seaweed and sesame blend)

METHOD

  1. Arrange cut vegetables on a plate.

  2. Place tahini in a bowl and sprinkle with salt.

  3. Enjoy!
