Baked Plantains

INGREDIENTS 

2 plantains, peel removed

2 teaspoons melted coconut oil

Himalayan pink salt


METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F convection or 425 degrees F regular.

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Slice plantains into thick pieces and place on baking sheet.

  4. Drizzle with coconut oil and salt. Toss with hands and spread into an even layer.

  5. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
