Bone Broth

INGREDIENTS

chicken or beef bone broth (I like Belcampo or Brodo)

fresh dill, roughly chopped

zucchini, cut into small pieces

spinach

turmeric

salt

pepper

lemon juice

ginger (optional)

METHOD

Place bone broth, zucchini, turmeric, salt, and pepper in a pot and bring to a boil. Simmer until the zucchini is cooked.

Add in spinach, dill, and lemon. Taste and adjust for seasoning.
