Caramelized Apple & Pear Toast

For the baked fruit, slice up an apple and  a pear and place on parchment-lined sheet pan. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Brush fruit with coconut oil and apple pie seasoning or just cinnamon. Bake until tender and then broil for extra color.

Toast bread (I like sourdough) with nut butter

Top with baked fruit

Drizzle with maple syrup
