Chia Seed Pudding

INGREDIENTS

3 T chia seed

1.5 cups almond milk (any plant milk works) 

Vanilla extract

METHOD

Place chia seed, milk, and vanilla into a bowl

Stir well. After 5 minutes, stir again

Let it sit until it has thickened

Top with berries, banana, granola, and a drizzle of maple syrup/honey
