Chocolate Popcorn Bark

INGREDIENTS

popcorn (I used @lesserevilsnacks popcorn - ghee or coconut oil; you can also pop your own!)

melted chocolate (I did a combo of semi sweet and dark chocolate)

nuts (I used almonds and cashews)

tart dried cherries 

cacao nibs

flakey sea salt 

extra add-ins: pretzels, potato chips, cereal

METHOD

  1. pour popcorn into a large bowl.

  2. add almonds, cashews, cherries, and cacao nibs.

  3. add enough melted chocolate to evenly coat the dry ingredients.

  4. line a baking sheet with parchment paper. event spread popcorn on baking sheet.

  5. sprinkle with lots of flakey salt.

  6. freeze until set. cut with a knife or break apart with your hands.

  7. store in a freezer safe bag or container and enjoy:)
