Salmon Nori Wrap

INGREDIENTS

nori sheets

leftover cooked salmon (or canned salmon, tofu, smashed chickpeas)

vegetables such as romaine lettuce, carrots, cucumber

avocado

cilantro

green onion, sliced

soy sauce

coconut aminos

optional additions: sliced mango, sticky rice or noodles, spicy sesame oil

METHOD

  1. take a sheet of nori and layer it with crunchy veg like romaine, carrots, and cucumber. if you’re using rice or noodles add them on top.

  2. flake your salmon over the veggies.

  3. add a few slices of buttery avocado, and splash on a bit of soy sauce and coconut aminos.
