Chopped Tuna Salad

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. In a small bowl, combine dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Whisk well. Taste and adjust for seasoning.

  2. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, cucumber, tomato, hearts of palm, herbs, crushed seed crackers, tuna, and optional add-ins.

  3. Drizzle some dressing and toss well. Sprinkle with nutritional yeast and enjoy!
