Coconut Porridge with Quinoa and Farro

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup or more cooked grains such as quinoa and farro

1/2 cup or more coconut milk (any milk works)

2 tablespoons coconut water

cinnamon

vanilla extract

sliced fruit such as pear, apple, banana, berries

hemp seeds, cacao nibs, ground flax seed, nuts/nut butter

honey or maple syrup

METHOD

  1. In a pot, combine grains with coconut milk, coconut water, cinnamon, and vanilla. Add more liquid if necessary. Warm through.

  2. Place in a bowl and garnish with fruit, hemp seeds, cacao nibs, nut butter, and a drizzle of honey/maple syrup.

  3. Enjoy!
