Coconut Yogurt Chia Pudding
INGREDIENTS
1/4 of a cup coconut yogurt (my favorite is Cocojune)
1 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
2 tablespoons coconut water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons wild frozen blueberries
METHOD
Add all ingredients into a bowl and stir. Let the chia seeds soak for 20-30 minutes. Enjoy!
