Easy Cucumber and Mint Salad

INGREDIENTS

6 persian cucumbers

handful (or less) of cherry tomatoes, diced

fresh mint, roughly torn

fresh dill, chopped

salt

pepper

lemon juice

olive oil

METHOD

Cut cucumbers in medium-sized pieces (large dice) and place in a bowl with the cut tomatoes, mint, and dill and season with salt, pepper, lemon, and olive oil.
