Fattoush Salad with Golden Sumac Chips
INGREDIENTS
mixed greens
cucumber, diced
cherry tomato, halved
radish, sliced
kalamata olives, halved
mint, chopped
crunchy spiced chickpeas (optional or use plain cooked chickpeas)
METHOD
Add greens, cucumber, tomato, radish, olives, mint, chickpeas, and sumac chips in a large salad bowl and toss with enough dressing. Enjoy!
