Green Mango Smoothie

makes 1 small smoothie

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup frozen mango

1/2 frozen large banana

2 big handfuls spinach

1-2 big spoonfuls of greek yogurt or 1/3 cup or more kefir

1 tablespoon nut butter (I did peanut butter)

1/4 cup coconut water (less for a thicker smoothie)

METHOD

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until thick. Taste and adjust!

  2. Pour into a glass and add toppings of your choice. Enjoy:)
