Hojicha Latté

INGREDIENTS

1 teaspoon hojicha powder

1 cup oat milk (any milk works)

Splash of maple syrup (optional)

Cacao powder or cinnamon (optional)

METHOD

To make a hot latté, place oat milk and hojicha into a frother. If you don’t have a frother, you can whisk the hojicha with 1 tablespoon of hot water and then add heated oat milk.

To make an iced latté, use the cold setting on the frother and pour over ice. Or, whisk the hojicha with 1 tablespoon of hot water, pour over ice, and then add cold oat milk. Garnish with sifted cacao powder or cinnamon.
