Homemade Jello!

a nice snack or post-dinner dessert that tastes good and is good for your gut!

INGREDIENTS

2 scoops Vital Protein Beef Gelatin (If you like your jello more firm, add another scoop of gelatin or reduce the liquid)

8 oz warm/hot water

12 oz 100% juice (I use pomegranate juice)

berries (I use frozen mixed berries or wild blueberries)

METHOD

In an 8 x 8 dish, whisk together gelatin and juice.

Then, add in the hot water and whisk until gelatin is dissolved.

Add in fruit and refrigerate for a couple of hours or until jello is set.
