Jeweled Chocolate Bark
INGREDIENTS
3 cups dark chocolate chips*
*You can use any combination of chocolate (dark, semi-sweet, bittersweet, etc) and chips/bar. You might have to add a bit of coconut oil if chocolate is very thick
METHOD
Melt chocolate chips or chopped chocolate bar in microwave or over a double broiler
Evenly spread melted chocolate on a parchment-lined surface. I used a 16.5 in by 11 in baking sheet (a cutting board also works)
Add toppings of your choice - I like dates, sour cherries, cranberries, dried persimmons, freeze dried raspberries and strawberries, goji berries, coconut flakes, cacao nibs, hazelnut, pistachio, swirled peanut butter, graham crackers.
Set in fridge for 5-10 min before sprinkling flakey sea salt.
Refrigerate until completed hardened. Break into pieces and enjoy!
