Maple Cinnamon Pumpkin Seeds and Pecans

INGREDIENTS

1 cup pumpkin seeds (or sunflower)

1 cup pecans, roughly chopped

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon cardamom

Splash of vanilla

Dash of salt

METHOD

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well

Evenly spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until nuts and seeds are golden brown

Allow to cool before breaking into clusters

Store in glass container in the fridge
