Pumpkin Seed and Pecan Chocolate Cups

INGREDIENTS

1 cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate

1/2 teaspoon coconut oil

Maple cinnamon pumpkin seed and pecans (or you can sprinkle any type of chopped nuts and seeds)

Flakey sea salt (optional)

METHOD

Using a double boiler or microwave, melt chocolate and coconut oil

Line a mini muffin tin with parchment liners

Spoon some melted chocolate into each liner and top with pumpkin seeds, pecans, and flakey sea salt

Freeze until chocolate has completely hardened
