My Guide to a Well-Stocked Kitchen

These are staple foods I like to have in my pantry, fridge, and freezer at all times


PANTRY:

  • Olive Oil

  • Salt and pepper

  • Spices (red chili flakes, garlic powder, cumin, cinnamon)

  • Garlic and onion

  • Pasta (I like sfoglini, Trader Joe’s red lentil pasta, Jovial brown rice pasta)

  • Rice (basmati, jasmine, wild rice, black rice)

  • Grains (quinoa, rice, farro)

  • Rolled oats

  • Chia seeds

  • Uncooked and cooked (boxed/canned) beans, lentil, chickpeas

  • Canned/jarred tuna (I like tonnino) or salmon

  • Lesser Evil popcorn 

  • Lundberg Farms rice cakes 

  • Sweet potatoes and regular potatoes

  • Jarred tomatoes and tomato sauce

  • Fresh fruits and vegetables

  • Hot Sauce

  • Coconut Milk

  • Vinegar (apple cider, red wine, rice wine)

  • Soy sauce/coconut aminos

  • Maple syrup 

FRIDGE:

  • Fruits

  • Vegetables

  • Salad greens

  • Eggs

  • Hummus

  • Parmesan

  • Dijon Mustard

  • Sprouted Ezekiel bread/English muffins

  • Food For Life Baking sprouted corn tortillas

  • Three Trees Almond milk or make my own use JOI nut base

  • Coconut water

  • Dates

  • Coconut flakes

  • Cacao nibs

  • Nuts

  • Nut Butter

  • Seeds

  • Chocolate

  • Dried fruit

  • Avocado 

  • Tahini 

  • Olives 

 FREEZER:

  • Sprouted Ezekiel bread/English muffins

  • Food For Life Baking sprouted corn tortillas

  • Chicken Sausage

  • Frozen fruits and vegetables
