Morning Fruit Bowl with Lime and Mint

INGREDIENTS

fruits of your choice: I like strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, papaya, and banana.

Squeeze of lime

lime zest

fresh mint, torn

honey/maple syrup (optional)

yogurt (I like coconut yogurt)

granola (my golden girl granola is the perfect pairing)

METHOD

Place sliced fruit in a bowl and add in lime juice, lime zest, and a light drizzle of honey. Mix until well combined.

Add in torn mint and mix.

Top with coconut yogurt and granola.
