Nori Wraps

INGREDIENTS

2 nori sheets (I like seasnax raw seaweed)

Julienned vegetables (carrot, cucumber, jicama)

Spinach/lettuce

Julienned mango

Sliced avocado

Scallion, thinly sliced (optional)

METHOD

Place nori sheets onto flat surface like a cutting board

Place lettuce down first, followed by vegetables, mango, and avocado

Finish with tahini-ginger dressing or with a splash of soy sauce or coconut aminos
