Almond Butter and Jelly Bliss Balls
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats
2 teaspoons chia seeds
2 teaspoons flax seeds
1 tablespoon (or more) maple syrup
1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon runny almond butter
2 tablespoon dried fruit (I like tart dried cherries but dried cranberries, strawberries, figs, or blueberries also work)
dash of salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
METHOD
Add all ingredients except dried fruit to a food processor and pulse until a crumb forms.
Add a splash or two of water and dried fruit and pulse again until the dough forms a large ball.
Roll the dough into small balls and refrigerate. Enjoy!
