Pineapple, Mango, and Spinach Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 banana
1-2 handfuls spinach
1 tablespoon ground flax
1/3 cup or more coconut water
1/3 cup kefir
1 tablespoon almond/peanut butter
METHOD
Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender or food processor
Process until smooth. If too thick, add more liquid
Taste and adjust accordingly
