Quick-Pickled Chilis

INGREDIENTS

2 chilis such as fresno, serrano, and jalapeño 

1/4 cup rice wine vinegar

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

1/2 cup water

1 teaspoon salt 

1 teaspoon sugar 


METHOD

  1. thinly slice peppers.

  2. place rice vinegar, apple cider vinegar, water, salt, and sugar into a small pot and bring to a simmer. whisk and simmer until sugar and salt have dissolved.

  3. place chilis in a mason jar or glass container. pour liquid into the jar and stir. allow to cool, fasten the lid, and store in the fridge. enjoy:)
