Salted + Cinnamon Sugar Halloween Tortilla Chips

I used these Halloween Cookie Cutters to make these chips!

INGREDIENTS

1 package of tortillas (I used Siete Cassava Tortillas)

Olive oil

Melted coconut oil

Sea salt

Sugar

Cinnamon

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.

  2. In a small bowl, eyeball sugar and cinnamon. Mix well.

  3. Use cookie cutters to cut shapes out of the tortillas.

  4. Place them on the baking sheets. I used olive oil for the savory tortillas and coconut oil for the sweet ones. Brush both sides of half the tortillas with olive oil and the rest with melted coconut oil.

  5. Sprinkle the savory tortillas with sea salt and the sweet ones with cinnamon sugar (both sides).

  6. Bake in the oven for 8-9 minutes or until lightly golden and crisp (if they are golden but not 100% crispy, don’t worry; they will continue to harden while they cool).

  7. Serve with dip of your choice and crudités!
