Seven Seed Granola

INGREDIENTS

1 tablespoon hemp seeds

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon quinoa

1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

1/4 cup sunflower seeds

3 tablespoons sesame seeds

2 tablespoons poppy seeds

1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon cardamom

Pinch of salt

1 tablespoon tahini

1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons maple syrup

METHOD

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Whisk tahini, coconut oil, vanilla, and maple syrup in a small bowl.

Add the remainder of the ingredients into a large bowl and mix well.

Add tahini mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until ingredients are thoroughly mixed.

Spread evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring half way or until golden.
