Chocolate Gingerbread Bliss Balls

INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup walnuts

1/4 cup pecans

3 small dates

2 tablespoons rolled oats

1 teaspoon raw cacao powder

Pinch of salt

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/8-1/4 teaspoon ginger powder (start with 1/4 teaspoon before adding more)

METHOD

Combine all ingredients into a food processor and process until well combined.

Taste and adjust for seasoning.

Roll into balls and chill in fridge.
