Simple Salmon
INGREDIENTS
wild salmon filets (I like the silver salmon and sockeye salmon from Vital Choice)
olive/avocado oil
salt
pepper
lemon
for extra flavor/color, you can add paprika, chili powder, chipotle chili powder (and garlic powder if not following SIBO-protocol)
METHOD
Heat up oil in a pan. Season the flesh side of the salmon with spices and place flesh side down in the pan.
Cook for 4-5 minutes, or until salmon easily releases from the pan when lifted. Then, flip and cook for a couple more minutes or until salmon is cooked to your liking (cook time depends on the thickness of your salmon)
Squeeze some lemon and enjoy!
