Sautéed Greens!

INGREDIENTS

1 head collard greens or swiss chard, thinly sliced

4-5 big handfuls spinach

garlic-infused olive oil (if you’re not following SIBO-protocol, you can use chopped garlic)

red chili flakes

sumac (optional)

salt

pepper

water

METHOD

Heat up oil in a large sauté pan and add a dash of chili flakes.

Then, add collard greens and spinach and a splash of water to help it wilt.

Season with salt, pepper, and sumac. Enjoy!
