Cherry Almond Cacao Bliss Balls
INGREDIENTS
5 dates
3 tablespoons dried tart cherries
1/2 tablespoon cacao nibs
1/4 cup hazelnuts
1/4 cup almonds, pinch of salt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Melted chocolate (optional)
Raw cacao powder (optional)
Flakey sea salt (optional)
METHOD
Blend all ingredients in food processor or vitamix (exclude cacao nibs and stir in after if you want added crunch).
Roll into ~ 20 small or 10 larger balls.
Dip into melted chocolate or roll in cacao powder (optional).
Set in fridge for 5-10 minutes before sprinkling flakey sea salt.
Refrigerate until completely hardened
