Chia Honey Bagel
INGREDIENTS
toasted bagel (I used this whole wheat bagel from One Mighty Mill)
nut butter (I used Artisana raw almond butter)
yogurt (I used Cocojune coconut yogurt)
sliced fruit (such as nectarine, peach, banana, strawberry)
2 tablespoons honey
1/2-1 teaspoon chia seeds
METHOD
In a small bowl, mix honey with chia seeds.
Spread nut butter on bagel followed by yogurt.
Top with fruit and then drizzle with some of the chia honey.
