Broiled Grapefruit

INGREDIENTS

grapefruit, halved

maple syrup

cinnamon

yogurt

granola

hemp seeds

cacao nibs

METHOD

  1. Drizzle maple syrup onto grapefruit half and spread with a spoon. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

  2. Place grapefruit on a parchment-lined baking sheet and broil for 6-7 minutes.

  3. Remove from oven and top with yogurt, granola (like my banana bread granola, maple-quinoa granola, or golden girl granola), hemp seeds, and cacao nibs. Enjoy!
