Chocolate-Covered Matzo Bark

INGREDIENTS

BARK 1: matzo + date tahini caramel (recipe here) + melted chocolate + flakey salt

BARK 2: matzo + melted chocolate + crushed hazelnuts + cacao nibs + flakey salt

BARK 3: matzo + melted chocolate + crushed pistachios + dried tart cherries + coconut flakes + flakey salt

BARK 4: matzo + melted chocolate + freeze dried strawberries + toasted slivered almonds + flakey salt


METHOD

  1. Melt chocolate of your choice.

  2. Spread a thick layer over a sheet of matzo.

  3. Sprinkle with toppings of your choice.

  4. Set in the freezer.

  5. Break into pieces and enjoy:)

  6. Store leftover in a ziplock bag in the freezer.
