Ferrero Rocher Bliss Balls

makes ~16 balls

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup dry-roasted/raw unsalted cashews

1/2 cup roasted hazelnuts

6 medjool dates

2 tablespoons raw cacao powder

2 tablespoons cacao nibs

dash of salt

1 teaspoon instant coffee mixed with 2 tablespoons water (optional, can just use 2 tablespoons water)

METHOD

  1. In a food processor, blend cashews and hazelnuts until a crumb forms.

  2. Then, add in dates, cacao powder, cacao nibs, salt, and coffee-water mixture.

  3. Blend until a ball forms.

  4. Roll dough into balls. Roll in crushed hazelnuts if you desire or top with cacao nibs.

  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge and enjoy!
