Halloumi Nourish Bowl

METHOD

  1. Heat up a non-stick pan with a touch of avocado oil. Add the sliced halloumi to the pan and cook for about 3 minutes on medium heat or until the underside is golden. Drizzle the top side with honey and then flip. Cook for another minute and then remove from the heat.

  2. Serve the halloumi with the herby rice and roasted vegetables. Enjoy!
